If you are an ecommerce business and ship goods to a customer, how about including a personalized thank you on company letterhead within the shipment itself? Tap into the resources you have on hand to personalize the letter and add the shipment date. Encourage the customer to contact you with any feedback they may have and use an actual signature from a staff member.
