Nothing better than having a reply to an email, especially when it deals with business. I needed a fix on a 3rd party 4.4 template I purchased. They could have easily directed me to the 3rd party template builder, but they stood with me in getting it fixed. They communicated very well and sent me an updated version of the template. Great communication and service!

Pleasure to deal with. Bought and installed a mod which did not work form my client. BCS attempted to accommodate me but in the end were not able to. They kindly provided me with a discount coupon for my next order for the full purchase price.

Just want to thank Carrie, Jeff and the team at BCS Engineering for doing a custom mod that I thought was going to be a very costly and drawn out. Jeff did a great job in an hour! This isn't the first time I've used them. Every time I've needed a "little extra" they were right there with a solution.
