TERMS & CONDITIONS All materials presented on www.bcsengineering.com and its associated web sites are copyright BCSE, LLC. dba BCS Engineering and may not be used without permission. All orders are final, there are no refunds, once a license has been given it can not be returned or refunded.

When you purchase software on this site, it may only be used for only the domain it was bought for. If you would like to use it for more than one domain you will need to purchase more licenses. Please contact us if you would like information on discounts for purchasing multiple copies of our software.

All modules and installs are only guaranteed to work with default X-Cart software and settings. Any customization to the X-Cart store where the module is being installed could result in the module functioning improperly or additional custom services changes needed to adapt the module to the custom X-Cart software. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any concerns about any piece of software working with your system.

NOTE: If you are not using a default xcart template (this would be a template that comes with the xcart shopping cart software) there may be extra charges to integrate the mod with your custom template.

By using our software, services, or advice, you agree that BCS Engineering cannot be held liable for any damage or loss sustained.

If you are ordering installation, the price of installation includes installing on one skin only. If you later decide to switch skins or install a new skin, then some modules would need to be reinstalled due to the nature of how X-cart works.

You will not attempt to reverse engineer, re-use, distribute any of our software without prior written permission. Anyone found doing so will be dealt with to the maximum extent of the law. By making any purchase on this site you agree to these terms and conditions and any additional license statements distributed with our archives.

Most of the php code included in software sold on this site is encrypted. We do this to protect against the growing fraud and pirating and also to reduce your costs. Please contact us if you have any concerns with this before purchasing.

By paying for Custom Services and Software you are accepting the quality of the work of said services or software. There are no refunds for custom services or custom software.

Late Fee Policy If you are 2 weeks past due, you will incur a $15 or 5% late fee, which ever is higher. The late fee is compounded monthly. If you are unable to pay your bill on time, please contact us to discuss your payment options.
