Shipping Insurance Mod

Allows your customers to select shipping insurance during the checkout process on your store.

1. The admin can define any number of insurance options.

2. Each option has the following values:

"Insurance Name" - The name that the customer sees

"Maximum Price" - The maximum total price of an order that this Insurance
is valid for. It's possible to make it "Unlimited"

"Price Added To Order" - The amount that the Insurance adds to the order

"Position" - Where the Insurance option appears in relation to the other
options for the customer

3. The customer chooses the Insurance in the cart area. The mod automatically
makes sure the order total is less than the "Maximum Price" for the selected
Insurance.

4. The Insurance surcharge appears on the invoice, and the admin can view the
Insurance name on the Order History page.

**Note: Customization is required to work with X-payments!
