Sitting at a desk all day in front of a computer is not healthy lifestyle. This isn’t new news, but over the past year we’ve implemented some fun things at our office to help get us up and moving a bit during the day. From walking the hills of Athens for 15 minutes in the afternoon to stretching and some basic exercises, we’ve noticed health benefits to go along with a clearer more focused mind.
